Housing for the staff and members of the National Assembly. The officials' suites and staff members' rooms are organised around two courtyards. The first is designed as a water garden; the second is planted, with a paved plaza and pool. The entry hall is located in a two-storey reception hall in a wing that has convenience services on the ground floor and the formal dining room, lounge, and kitchen on the second floor.
